Attorney Michele Feinstein, a shareholder in Shatz, Schwartz & Fentin, P.C. who concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration and elder law, was a featured speaker during a Virtual Lunch & Learn on November 18 held by Ruth’s House Assisted Living Residence.
Speaking on the topic of protecting elders, Attorney Feinstein offered advice on how to plan for incapacity as one ages, and how best to safeguard the decisions one’s parents make. Presenting to a group comprised of residents of Ruth’s House and members of their families, she shared insight and experience from her years of practicing law.
Ruth’s House Assisted Living Residence is a homelike residence for seniors who value their independence, but may need assistance with activities of day-to-day living. Each resident has access to various levels of care, and respite stays are also available. The Lunch & Learn Series was held throughout the year and featured speakers on topics of interest to the elderly population and members of their families.
