Michele Feinstein will be co-chairing the Western New England University seminar on October 9, 2013. This seminar will focus on federal estate and gift tax examinations, with emphasis on the estate tax return. Topics will include an overview of the examination process, identification of common errors, mistakes and issues on the returns, current issues, and appeal rights and procedures.
