Fentin was once again selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2022. Attorney Fentin, a resident of Conway, has long been regarded as one of the preeminent attorneys in western Massachusetts. Attorney Fentin has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate finance and development, industrial revenue bonds, affordable housing, business law, and business foreclosures and workouts. Within these practice areas, he additionally oversees the firm’s tax-exempt bond practice, and has served as the firm’s bond and/or purchaser’s counsel for more than 35 years.
He is a graduate of Boston College Law School where he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif honor society and served as an editor of the Law Review, Boston University Law School where he obtained a Master of Laws degree in taxation, and Duke University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He also completed an Intensive Mediation Workshop at Harvard Law School, one of the institution’s signature programs.
Attorney Fentin has been selected to both The Best Lawyers in America and the Massachusetts Super Lawyers® lists and received the highest possible peer rating in the Martindale-Hubbell directory.
