Regional law firm, Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C., serving clients throughout western New England and New York, as well as nationally and internationally, announced that Attorney Mark J. Esposito was named as a member of the Human Rights Committee for Work Opportunity Center, Inc. in Agawam.
The mission of Work Opportunity Center, Inc. (WOC, Inc.) is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities obtain employment in the community, which promotes social inclusion.
As part of the Human Rights Committee, Attorney Esposito will review any incidents that happen at the Work Opportunity Center, suggest improvements to services, review new policies as well as review any abuse or neglect filings.
A resident of Easthampton, Attorney Esposito joined Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin in September 2017 and concentrates his practice in general, commercial, probate and trust litigation and employment law. He has counseled various public-sector labor unions and employees in collective bargaining, negotiations, arbitration and litigation, representing clients in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies. Attorney Esposito is a graduate of Boston University School of Law (2008) and Williams College (2005).
Attorney Esposito maintains memberships in the Hampden and Hampshire County Bar Associations and Massachusetts Bar Association.
