Attorney Weiss is a member of the Hampden County and Massachusetts bar associations, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, for which he is on the board of directors. He has been a member of the private panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Massachusetts since 1987 and serves as a Chapter 11 Trustee. He has served as chair of the Longmeadow Community Preservation Committee since 2012 and is a member of the Longmeadow Historical Commission.
