Attorney Gary S. Fentin of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin P.C., was selected to the Legal Leaders: Boston’s Top Rated Lawyers list for 2015.
Fentin was chosen for his work in banking and finance, general practice and real estate law. Fentin, of Conway, is a partner at the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate finance and development, industrial revenue bonds, affordable housing development and finance, business law, and business foreclosures and workouts. He received his bachelor’s degree from Duke University in 1966, is a 1969 graduate of Boston College Law School and received his master’s degree in laws of taxation from Boston University in 1983.
